The seasonal menu with daily changing special dishes draws on local game, beef and lamb, shellfish from the west coast of Scotland, and fish from the east coast. Venison features on all our menus, either sourced from local farms, or shot on local estates in season.Our chef and his team blend Scottish classics with contemporary dishes, and we can cater for special dietary needs by prior arrangement.
A carefully chosen wine list complements the food, and at the end of the meal you may choose to relax over a glass of malt whisky from our extensive collection.
